Withdrawals

For your convenience, our withdrawal process is simple and swift.

To make a withdrawal request you can do so through your platform or by completing the Withdrawal Request Form on our website.

Withdrawals are credited back to you via the initial method of deposit. For example, if your initial deposit was with credit card, then the withdrawal is credited to that same credit card.

In some cases we may need your bank account details in order to be able to process the withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day. The time needed for the funds to be transferred will vary, depending on your payment method.

In case of open positions during the processing of your withdrawal request, your available withdrawable equity may differ from your request.

In case your withdrawal request is rejected due to insufficient funds, you may submit a new withdrawal request indicating a new amount.

Please note that Vie Finance A.E.P.E.Y. cannot be held responsible for delays caused due to incomplete documentation or your bank’s internal procedures. Also, bank fees as a result of bank transfers are not charged by us but by your bank. Note that the sending or correspondent bank may charge according to its own fee structure.
